Job Summary We currently have an opportunity for a Summer 2021 Learning & Development Intern in the Medical Device Division. Summer Internships will be virtual this year. Responsibilities Responsibilities: Deploy learning materials to GLAD U Create branches within GLAD U and identify learning materials for each branch Support team to create learning content adhering to adult learning principles Identify and document learner needs: sales, clinical specialists, FSEs Build a shared graphics database Review learning materials as required Attend SME meetings for requirements gathering, reviews and provide input Assist L&D team toVideo/picture shoots ILT manualso VO recording Requirements: ?Currently enrolled as a student at an accredited college or university program Be Classified as a minimum of a sophomre; and Must be planning to return to school at the end of his/her break Knowledge of PowerPoint and Microsoft Word Additional Information We offer an excellent salary and benefits package including medical, dental and vision coverage, as well as life insurance, disability,401K with company match, andwellness program.
