The City of Northfield is recruiting for Seasonal Lifeguards at Northfield's Old Memorial Pool.  The lifeguard works under the direct supervision of the Pool & Ice Arena Supervisor and/or Pool Manager at Northfield's Old Memorial Pool.  Lifeguards ensure a safe swim environment by enforcing facility rules/regulations and perform necessary actions needed to assure all patrons' safety.  This seasonal position offers part time, flexible hours that includes evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years old
• Current Certification in American Red Cross LGT, CPR-Pro-Rescue, First-Aid; or ability to obtain by June 2024
• Ability to work early June to Labor Day Weekend
