We're looking for engaging team members and we are willing to train people with great attitude and professional style.

Work 20-40 hours per week during the summer over a combination of afternoons/evenings and weekends.

Extend your availability to work part-time up to 20 hours per week during May, September and October too and we'll do our best to accommodate your desired work schedule as long as you have availability to work evenings and weekends.

Wait Assistants help our servers and bartenders maintain impeccable and timely customer service by setting tables, placing and replacing silverware, keeping beverage glasses full, adhering to sanitation and safety policies, clearing and cleaning tables, chairs, and environment.

* Prepares designated areas by cleaning and clothing tables as necessary.

* Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed; replenishing utensils; refilling water glasses; being alert to patron spills or other special needs as indicated by Standard Operating Procedures.

* Perform preparatory duties as assigned (e.g., polishing and folding).

* Assist in maintaining general cleanliness of the entire Restaurant.

* Be familiar with all hotel services/features and local attractions/activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately.

* Adhere to state and local regulations when handling alcohol.

* Comply with all Health Code guidelines to guarantee we are handling anything consumed by our guests safely and properly.

* Coordinate activities with all departments to ensure that services are provided in an efficient and timely manner.

* Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

Three to six months related experience with serving experience; or equivalent experience.

Able to demonstrate good verbal, written, and communication skills with attention to detail and interpersonal relationships with guests and employees; Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
