Position Description
A prominent, growing company in the tire and automotive industry is seeking highly motivated individuals interested in joining our central Minnesota management team as a Regional Manager.
The Regional Manager is responsible for monitoring and supporting store operations including sales, service and staffing for multiple locations throughout MN. A successful candidate will be able to provide positive leadership and effective supervision while working directly with store managers and staff to create and implement store goals designed to increase sales and meet financial targets. This position will work with other Regional Managers to achieve company-wide goals and objectives.
Qualified Candidates must have 7+ years experience in the tire and/or automotive industry, including multi unit management experience. Must have a proven record in operations and be process and procedural oriented. Candidates must excel at implementing company objectives and staff development. Must posses a “Can Do” customer service attitude.
