Are you an experienced Account Manager that has solid business acumen, enjoys financial analysis, and is a problem solver? This is a complex position that directs a portfolio of business for our clients that includes analyzing performance and developing and executing new programs. The goal is to provide outstanding service to our clients that build and sustain long-term relationships.
More specifically, in this role you’ll be able to:

Prepare Executive Summaries

Conduct financial analyses

Make recommendations to improve profitability

Assist in operational set-up of new business

Expedite day-to-day service problems

Build and sustains relationships with clients
Requirements

Demonstrated ability to prepare, analyze and present complex business reviews to Clients

Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills coupled with a strong customer service orientation

Proven long-term relationship building experience

Demonstrated ability to use analytical and intuitive judgment and sound decision making
-
Strong problem solving skills

Financial analysis skill-set

Strong computer software skills required, specifically in the areas of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, and
Preferences

Prefer experience in MS PowerPoint and JD Edwards or another enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, i.e. SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle, etc.
Education & Experience:
The candidate must have a Bachelors degree with a minimum of three years of service business/account management experience OR a high school diploma with two years post-secondary education with an equivalent of five years of service business experience with three years in account management.
